Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been the owner of a flat since 2007 and seen a sad decline in the developments maintenance and care over the years while management fees have continued to increase significantly. Since the development took over the right to manage it has recently employed Rory Mack as the management company. For the first time we have a company and property manager who is proactive in planning improvements in key areas eg security and getting the living environment back to where it should be. We’re looking forward to seeing the changes the company will implement and recommend contacting them if you are not happy with your existing management company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have transferred two of my rental properties to Rory Mack from Bjb and can 100% recommend them above all others. They are always contactable and attentive to any issues. Their fees are more than competitive in the current market. Josh has been a breath of fresh air to deal with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. "Moving to a new home can be an incredibly stressful journey”, but working with Rory Mack Associates - and specifically with NIKKI BARRETT and RACHEL - has been an absolute masterclass in professionalism, efficiency, and human kindness.
From the very first second, NIKKI went above and beyond to guide me with flawless communication, keeping everything perfectly transparent, secure, and stress-free.
RACHEL was equally outstanding on the ground, making the key handover an incredibly welcoming and seamless experience.
“They don't just manage properties; they truly care about people and build bridges of trust” !.
If I could give them “100 stars”, I would do it in a heartbeat.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Nikki and Rachel, for making my new beginning so beautiful.
“You are the absolute gold standard of the UK housing sector! Highly, highly recommended!"

Testimonials

Rory Mack Associates are the Managing Agents for Bostock Hall Management Company and our main point of contact is the Director and Head of their Property Management Team, Danielle Leavold.

Bostock Hall is a 67 property Estate set in woodlands, with 14 acres and a lake, in a conservation area. The issues that arise dealing with such a property and its residents are manifold. As Directors on the Board of BHMC, we are able to say that Rory Mack through Danielle, provide an outstanding service which allows us to run the Estate efficiently.

We have worked with other Managing Agents and our experience of working with Danielle is second to none. She is proactive, incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of conservation, risk management and everything that it takes to manage our Estate successfully.

She is also very quick to respond to any issues which makes our work on the Board much easier. If you are considering Managing Agents, we would recommend, based on our personal experience of working with Rory Mack that you contact Danielle.

Board of BHMC

Rory Mack Associates are highly efficient, very helpful and carry out all of their duties in a very professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for property management. We have dealt mainly with Mrs. Kirsty Thorley for the past 6 years in relation to our commercial property portfolio and her work and attention to detail has been exemplary.

Lyn Reynolds

I had been a Tennant of Rory Mack for the past 3 or 4 years. Rory Mack have been brilliant throughout the tenancy, staff are very friendly and very professional. Any issues were resolved and I would highly recommend Rory Mack to anybody.

We have been a tenant of Rory Mack for the past 18 months, nothing is too much trouble. If we have a problem or anything needs fixing it is sorted straight away. They are a professional company and their staff are very friendly. We are very happy to be their tenant.

Allison Webb

Rented via Rory Mack for 3 years or so. No issues with their service. Jane looked after me, and was brilliant. Always responsive, helped in any way she could. Would highly recommend for renters.

Nicola Bailey

Having recently moved to Rory Mack from another managing agent whose service had declined, our experience so far has been truly refreshing. Rent arrears are being handled efficiently, communication is professional and balanced with consideration for both tenant and landlord perspectives, and having a dedicated staff member managing our properties provides real reassurance. Impressively, one property with a departing tenant was advertised and already in negotiations with a new tenant within just a couple of weeks.

Simon Pilkington

From day 1 Jane was very responsive and extremely helpful resolving any issues in the property. Honest, kind and constant professional, we had great time. I highly recommend
