Home Buyers Survey & Valuation Reports

This report and inspection will normally be carried out within 24hrs of instruction – with the report issued in duplicate. Reports are for those who are considering the purchase of a residential property and require a detailed report on its condition.

Rating Appeals

Every commercial occupier should have an interest in their Business Rate Liability to ensure that their assessment is not excessive. Rory Mack Associates services include:

  • an initial appraisal together with recommendations regarding the success or otherwise of an appeal
  • appeal submission and District Valuer negotiations

Condition Reports

We prepare Schedules of Condition for ingoing tenants to record the condition of the property at the beginning of their lease and Schedules of Dilapidations for landlords concerned about the condition of their property.
