I’ve been the owner of a flat since 2007 and seen a sad decline in the developments maintenance and care over the years while management fees have continued to increase significantly. Since the development took over the right to manage it has recently employed Rory Mack as the management company. For the first time we have a company and property manager who is proactive in planning improvements in key areas eg security and getting the living environment back to where it should be.
