Property Management Case Studies:
Case 1: –
We’re instructed to manage a large family owned property trust comprising of 85 commercial properties and 10 residential properties throughout Staffordshire and South Cheshire. We have full control of every aspect of management, from rent collection to landlord and tenant compliance, and report to the Trust Board every month.
